Both plans are 5 day curriculum camp for a 2 hour timeline.
Focus of the camps: Social Connection, Self Awareness, Stress Management
CAMP IMPORTANCE
We often explore social awareness and social skills in isolated settings, without offering children the chance to practice and apply those skills in real-life, supported environments. Nature provides an ideal setting for this—it's a natural, low-stress, and non-threatening environment where children feel more at ease.
For many children working on social connection, typical environments can be overwhelming or anxiety-inducing, which makes learning and retention more difficult.
In contrast, learning alongside peers in nature allows for authentic, supported interactions that increase the likelihood of meaningful, lasting social growth.
This camp creates an opportunity to engage in hands on activities chosen to be motivating and engaging within a calm environment and with peers. Being supported by professionals is the added bonus where facilitation of skills can happen in the moment that matters.
Camp includes a physical/gross motor time and can be a walk or hike through nature but my camp creates a bootcamp type obstacle course for an intense but fun workout. You can do what suits your location! :)

TWO Curriculums
You will get two DIFFERENT curriculums. One curriculum focuses on serving and supporting the neurodivergent population and the other focuses on supporting children with trauma backgrounds. Some information is the same but the approach and perspective and activity ideas are a bit different.
Included in the bundled offer is the Rooted in Rhythm foundational training to get you grounded in the 6 "R" framework that grounds this work.
Camp Objectives:
To greet each other each day in whatever individualized way this may look.

Though all situations can be modified to meet each child where they are at, to maximize the benefit of this camp plan, a child may have skills that include the following:
